Rachakonda She teams Apprehended 36 eve teasers in the last three Weeks. CP Rachkonda warned eveteasers to change their behaviour giving reassurance to victim

Rachakonda she teams booked 34 cases (18 petty cases and 16 FIRs) against eve teasers and apprehended 36 respondent Eve Teasers (04 Minors and 32 Majors) in the last three weeks. All the above respondents have attended the counseling session conducted by Rachakonda She teams, at Commissioner of Police Camp office, Nagole, LB Nagar. All the accused have attended the counseling along with their Family members. Children in conflict with law will also counseled by personal psychologist to change their deferent behavior. The Commissioner of Police Rachakodna attended the couselling personally and intracted with offenders and their parents and asked all the offenders not to repeat such offences, if it is repeated they will be booked under Nirbaya Act. All parents and wives of the offenders appreciated the counseling and Rachakonda police initiative for making it done.
Few Important cases are here:
1. A 23 years aged women was working as a Software Employee in a company. In the same company one Vipin Semwal, S/o Semwal Age 27 years Occ: Genpact emplayee R/o Sitharamnagar colony, Uppal was harassing the complaint in the name of love for last four months. She rejected his love proposal and complained the issue to the company’s management but he did not change his behaviour. Keeping this issue in his mind and developing grudge against her, On 26.05.2017 he called the complainant over phone and abused her in filthy language and threatened her with dire consequences by coating her night shift duties. Therefore the complainant requested to take action against the accused. On the Compliant of the victim an FIR was registered against him in Cr.no 479/2017 U/s 354 (D), 506 IPC at Uppal PS. And the accused person was arrested and remanded.

2. One Parashuram, age 20 years S/o Paremesh Occ: Student, Caste: ST Arukala R/o Indaranagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad was harassing one 16 years aged girl who is his classmate in his 10th class in ZPHS, Ramanthapur. He was harassing the girl to love him by following everyday, when she going out and returning home. On 05-06-2017 at 0900 hours that Parashuram came to girl house and misbehaved with girl, meantime the mother and father of the girl came there and questioned him, then the Parashuram abused them in filthy language and threatened them with dire consequences. On the complaint of victim’s mother a case was registered in Cr.no 502/2017 U/s. 354-D , 506 IPC and Sec 8 of POCSO Act at Uppal PS. The accused person was arrested and remanded.
3.One S. Santhosh S/o Babu Rao, aged 24 yrs, Occ: Student, Caste: BC-D, R/o 19/3, RGK Colony, Annojiguda, Ghatkesar has been harassing and abusing one 18 yrs aged graduation 2nd year student for last 2 years who is the resident of his own colony. On 09.06.2017 when the girl was sleeping alone at her home, the accused came to girl’s house half nakedly, abused her and misbehaved with her. And the accused threatened the complainant on her rejection that he will see her end. Hence the complainant requested for necessary action in this regard. On her complaint a case was registered in Cr.no 306/2017 U/s 509, 506, 290 IPC in Ghatkesar Police station. The accused was arrested and remanded.
4. One 16 yrs boy was harrassing a 15 yrs girl student who is his junior in his school. This started roaming around the girl’s house for last 3 months and trying to talk to the girl. And he is following and stalking her where ever she goes. He is forcing her to accept his love otherwise he was blackmailing her that he will upload her morphed photographs on social sites. Because of this, the girl went into depression . By observing this depression the girl’s mother questioned the girl and she came to know about the issue . Finally the complainant requested to take necessary action. On her complaint a case was registered in Cr.No.122/2017 u/s 354 D IPC and Sec 12 of POCSO act-2012 in Adibatla Police station. The arrested and produced before hon’ble JJ Court.
5. One Madasu Ashok S/o Madasu , age 45, occ- , Caste- R/o RTC colony, Moulali, was the Colony President of RTC Colony, Moula-Ali. About 3 months back said Madasu Ashok had collected the mobile numbers of the colony members including the one 42 yrs aged woman who is the resident of the same colony. Later he created a whatsapp group in the name of colony and sendinh messages to colony people, but for last 2 months said Ashok was individually sending vulgar messages to complainant’s mobile phone, and sending obscene photos and videos links, and also sending message as “I Love you. Hence the complainant requested for necessary action. On her complaint a case was registered in Cr.No.438/2017 u/s 354 D IPC in Malkajgiri Police station. The accused was arrested and remanded.
In addition to the above, 31 Eve teasers were caught in she teams decoy operations and through Whatsapp complaints from different areas of Rachakonda while they are teasing girls at different Hotspots like junctions/ Bus stops/Working Places and colleges of the Rachakonda area. All are booked under petty cases and counseled by professional counselors of Bhumika Collective in front of their family members. Minors will be counseled by Dr.Vasavi Samyukta Sunki, Chief Consultant Psychologist.

Sri Mahesh M Bhagwat, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, interacted with offenders and their parents warned eveteasers to change the behaviour and appreciated the good work done by the Rachakonda She teams.
