No support for those raising slogans against India

Reacting to the appointment of Retd Lt. Gen. D.S. Hooda as head of the committee by Congress to advise the Party on National Security Policy Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that it is grudging acceptance by Congress of Surgical Strikes.
In a blog, the Finance Minister said that task force will certainly educate the party leaders that surgical strikes were no routine step which had been taken several times in the past but a significant first for India.
He asked the opposition to avoid an impression to the world that India is divided on how to fight terrorism when the world is rallying around India.
He cautioned Congress party not to trivialize a serious national concern on terrorism as has been done by Congress Spokespersons.
He said that opposition should not support those raising slogans against India as done in past.Lauding the contribution of armed forces, Arun Jaitley said Indian Armed forces are amongst the most professional organizations which have served this country exceedingly well.
Recalling the Batla House encounter, Jaitley said terrorism should not be legitimized by standing shoulder to shoulder with terrorists and the war on terror should not be dubbed fake encounter.
