Bureaucracy Mridul Kumar appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to Malaysia September 29, 2017 Desk Shri Mridul Kumar, (IFS: 1992), presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to Malaysia. He is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
