India, Germany exchange MoUs in several fields including education

India and Germany exchanged MoUs in a number of fields including education, urban development and digital policy today in Berlin.

India has called Germany its natural partner on the path to progress.

Addressing the press after 4th India Germany Intergovernmental consultation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made it clear India sees Germany as a key and reliable partner in scaling success in many sectors which are a priority for India.

He said that the two nations have witnessed a quantum jump in relationship in the past few years.

Germen chancellor Angela Markel in a joint statement said that both witnessed signing of no. of agreements/declaration of intent, total of 1 billion Euros goes into development cooperation.
