Army Chief Bipin Rawat rejects United Nations report on human rights in Jammu and Kashmir, says human rights record of Indian Army is absolutely above board.
Army chief Bipin Rawat today dismissed recent report of United Nations cataloguing alleged human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir, saying it isn’t worth speaking about as it is “motivated”.
He said, the human rights record of the Indian Army is absolutely above board.
