Citizen feedback service center is launched at Cyberabad Police Commissionierate

In a view of great initiative by Cyberabad Police Citizen feedback service center is launched at Cyberabad Police Commissionierate on Friday. With this citizen feedback service Centre (CFSC) he opined that there will be transparency in Police Service and scope for improvement.
Telangana Government is giving very importance to Police, government is very liberal in providing infrastructure to the Police force. The government is planning to fill 18,290 new posts in Police Department. Government showing keen interest for protecting law and order in the state.
Joint Commissioner of Police, Sri. Shahnawaz Qasim, IPS., told that citizen feedback service Centre (CFSC) would temporarily may cause some problems, but in future its shows a good results, Citizen feedback service Centre (CFSC) have been receiving total 150 calls at present in future one call center executive will handle 100 calls individually, this CFSC has only out going call facility.
Citizens will have a chance to rate the Services of the police and the same will be communicated as monthly report to all the SHOs based on which their performance also can be evaluated.
This is going to be a key performance indicator KPI Random calling of the citizens will be made from this centre and the original feedback will be elicited from those who had availed of the Services . Confidentiality will be maintained so that there is no further harassment to the vigilant society .
“As a part of the Government’s vision to make Telangana State Police into a Citizen Friendly and increase transparency, Cyberabad Police has initiated a system of “Cyberabad Citizen Feedback Centre,” said CP.He also said that this trail version have been successfully testing from the last 15 days and it had been giving good results. This is currently implemented by the department to help promote transparency, accountability and participatory governance. The areas of improvement can be based on the feedback of citizen which will impact citizens satisfaction.
In this programme, Sri Rajiv Trivedi,IPS., Principal Secretary to Home, TS, Joint Commissioner of Police, Sri. Shahnawaz Qasim, IPS., DCP Traffic AR.Srinivas, IPS., DCP, Madhapur, Vishwaprasad, IPS., DCP Crimes, Dr.Janaki Sharmila, DCP, Balnagar, Sai Shekar, Addl DCP Crimes, Srinivasa Reddy, SCSC General Secretary Sri. Bharani Kumar Aroll, SCSC Executive Committee members, TCS Employees, all Police officers and staff of Commissioner Office and zones have participated.
• As a part of the corporate social responsibility SCSC contributed required servers and convex dialler SW for citizen response and feedback centre.
• Contributed and collaborated for many of the initiatives of Cyberabad Police.
• TCS Technical Team Members headed by Yagnesh contributed technical services.
