Andhra Pradesh CM is all set to launch the ‘Amaravati Declaration’

According to officials the declaration would act like a guiding light all the State governments in India and would focus mainly on 10 thematic areas.The proposed declaration would focus on 10 themes pertaining to the welfare of women.
Sources said that it will : womefocus mainly on education for all girls up to the age of 18 years, women’s legal rights covering gender sensitisation to begin at the school level with extensive campaigns, health and nutrition, women’s entrepreneurship, role of women in research and innovation, making them aware of their legal and political rights, social protection for women, role of women in sustainable development goals, social development so as to given a boost to them for participating in the decision making process and lastly making women digitally literate in the global digital economy and help them become a part of shaping a technologically-empowered society.
It said to be also will aim for an involvement of stakeholders from the governments, corporates and NGOs for facilitating women’s digital literacy towards social inclusion, employment and governance.
