CM Rawat participate in Purukul Youth Development Society annual function
Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat participated in the 8th annual function of Purukul Youth Development Society at Purukul village near here on Sunday. He inaugurated the ‘Atal Tinkering’ workshop of the society on the occasion. The Chief Minister also evaluated the experiments in physics, chemistry and biology done by the students.
Chief Minister appreciated the society besides providing academic works has been engaged in honing the skills development of the students. He said that the children could progress fast if they are encouraged and the efforts by the society are an example.
He said that self-confidence is built within children; they are capable of doing many things. The society is focusing on providing academic activities besides skill development facilities to mainly students from economically poor families. The students have developed several equipments using discarded material. The Chief Minister said that efforts to turn ‘Waste into Best’ are appreciable. He hoped that these students on the basis of their skills will progress in future and will help other needy people with their skills and experience.
