Industrial Development Scheme-2017 for Uttarakhand: Date of online registration extended upto Oct 31, 2018

 

Director Industries Mr. Sudhir Chandra Nautiyal has said that the notification of the Government of India on 23rd April, 2018, under the approved Industrial Development Scheme-2017 for Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, the new units to be established after April 01, 2017, in order to promote the industrialization of the state and for the expansion of the existing units, central capital investment incentive for access to credit at the rate of 30 per cent of the investment in plant and machinery with an upper limit of Rs 5 crore and reimbursement of 100 per cent insurance premium on insurance of building and plant and machinery for a maximum period of five years from the date of commencement of commercial operation has been provided. He informed that according to the notification of the scheme, for the units starting commercial production from April 1, 2017 and afterwards, had to get mandatory online registration by 30th September, 2018 but now the period of online registration has been extended upto 31st October, 2018 by the Government of India. All such units, which have not yet registered, can register their units on the portal of DIPP, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India till 31st October, 2018.
