A emerging political party ANC appeals to the Govt to ensuring justice’ ahead of NRC Process

Raising concern over the fate of Bengali and Muslim minority in Assam, Mr. Mohammed Kazam Ali Khan , founder and President of Ambedkar National Congress(ANC) appeals to the Govt to ensuring justice’ ahead of citizen list going to release on 30th July.“While awaiting your response, we would like to call on your Government to take all steps necessary to conduct a comprehensive review of the NRC update, ensuring that its implementation process is compliant with relevant international human rights standards,” Mr. Mohammed Kazam Ali Khan said.

In a statement, Rajnath said the NRC is being updated in accordance with the ‘Assam Accord’ signed on August 15, 1985, and is being carried out as per the directions of the Supreme Court, which is monitoring the process.Ambedkar National Congress is a political party based in India. The party works for the rights of Dalits. Mr. Mohammed Kazam Ali Khan is the founder and President of ANC.
