Telangana Winter Session to begin from Dec. 16

Hyderabad : The TS government has decided to conduct Winter Session Legislative Assembly from December 16.

Chief Minister KCR prior today has requested the state Parliamentary Assembly Secretary Raja Sadaram to send a request note to state Governor E.S.L Narasimhan for the convening of the Winter Session.

The choice was taken in a preparatory meeting on the succeeding Winter Session of the Legislative Assembly that was held earlier today at Pragathi Bhavan.

In the meantime, it was decided that the Business Advisory Committee would be held at the state speaker’s chambers in the Legislative Assembly at 11.30 a.m. on December 15.

The Telangana cabinet meeting will be held here at the Secretariat under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister at 3 p.m. on December 10.

KCR has also decided that the District Collectors Conference will be held here at Pragathi Bhavan on December 14.

KCR has instructed heads of all departments and secretaries to attend the conference.
