Mahendar Reddy as new police boss to Telangana

Telangana State government has appointed M. Mahendar Reddy as the new DGP of the state and CM K. Chandra Shekar Rao has signed the appointment papers. Mr Reddy will be taking the charge on Sunday from the present DGP of the state Anurag Sharma. MR Reddy who is a graduate in Civil Engineering has been selected in the IPS while pursuing his masters from IIT Delhi.

Anurag Sharma has been appointed as the advisory member to the Home department. V.V Srinivas Rao is appointed as the in charge commissioner of Hyderabad and the city to get a fully fledged working Commissioner soon.
