TDP bags all 9 council seats

Amaravati: TDP won three seats of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council in the biennial elections from the Local Authorities Constituencies (LACs).The ruling party defeated YSRCP contestants in Kurnool ,SPS Nallore LACs and Kadapa.

The ruling party has won all the nine Council seats from LACs, seats are Srikakulam, West Godavari, East Godavari Anantapuramu and Chittoor LACs.

Meanwhile ,the YSRC alleged that the ruling party purchased voters by spending over Rs 200 crore.
