Voices of unity strengthens the country, says PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday praised the people of the country for their understanding following Allahabad High Court’s verdict on Ramjanam Bhumi case in 2010.

Prime Minister said that every section of society respected the Allahabad High Court’s verdict in the case. In his address to the nation in Mann ki Baat programme, Prime Minister also said that the untiy exihibited by the countrymen in 2010 proved to be a source of strength for the country.

While discussing the unity and integrity of the country, prime minister also hailed the contribution of Iron Man of India, Sardar Patel for his efforts in unifying the country.

Prime Minister said that it was Sardar Patel who foiled nefarious designs of neighouring country in Lakshdeep.Prime Minister also paid tribute to Guru Nanak Dev Ji on his 550th Birth Anniversary celebrations.

Recalling the selfless service of Guru Nanak towards humanity, Prime Minister urged the countrymen to inculcate Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s thoughts and ideals in their lives.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also paid tribute to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by remembering on her death anniversary falling on 31 October.
