Hyderabad: Osmania University Students Union’s plan was opposed today

The Joint Action Committee (JAC) of the Unions has announced that it will conduct various protest programs in support of the ongoing RTC strike. The JAC said it would lay siege to the offices of ministers on 14 October.

The unions said they would organize a massive rally at Osmania University on 16 October, observe a bandh at all Telangana educational institutions on 19 October and protest at Pragati Bhavan on 21 October.
On Sunday, Osmania University students staged a Vantaa-Varpu program on the streets in support of the RTC strike. The students shouted slogans in support of RTC employees and shouted with RTC Bhachao… KCR ko Hatao ’,‘ Do not play games with the lives of RTC workers ’.
