GHMC distributes 48 lakh dustbins

Hyderabad: Telangana IT Minister K. T Rama Rao said on Friday,GHMC has distributed 48 lakhs dustbins in the city to successfully fulfill ‘Swachh Hyderabad’,

Addressing at the ‘Swachh Survekshan 2017’ programme, said, “The central and state government sanctions funds to make ‘Swachh’ programs implemented but ultimately its common man who has to take part and keep the city clean.”

KTR said after the government launched several garbage collection vehicles, the treatment of waste has increased manifold and made the city cleaner.
