Vice president M Venkaiah Naidu urges media to act as a bridge between govt & people

Vice president M Venkaiah Naidu has urged the media to act as a bridge between the government and the people and said that there is need to ensure that justice is not denied to the people.

Speaking at the inauguration of Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Kollam Press Club in Kerala, he said instead of the focusing on negativity, it is important for the media to accord importance to development journalism since the country is facing several challenges.

Mr Naidu said over the years, the media landscape has changed drastically.
