Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh addresses 5th India Maize Summit 2018

Union Agriculture Minister, Radha Mohan Singh said that to harness the potential of maize, technological innovations, promoting producer aggregation and linkages are required.

Addressing the 5th India Maize Summit in New Delhi, the minister said that Maize agri-business companies must make efforts to create linkages with farmers by exploring opportunities in agri-marketing.

He also said that govt has taken various steps to boost the income of farmers.
