TS Chief Secretary makes the necessary arrangements for President’s visit

On the occasion of President Pranab Mukherjee’s visit to Hyderabad to inaugurate the GSA(Global Strategic Alliance) World Divine Congress on 23 June in Shilpakala vedika, Telangana Chief Secretary S.P Singh has instructed the concerned officials to make the necessary arrangements. On Monday president is going to visit State’s Secretariat on Monday. Regarding the necessary arrangements for this visit, CS has arranged a meeting with all the concerned officials and briefed them to look after the necessary arrangements like drinking water, Traffic, road repair works and other cleaning measures in the city.

President will reach Begumpet airport by 12 pm and attend the event in Shilpakala vedika by 12.30. President will address the gathering from 12.30 to 1.30 and then leave to Delhi after the program ends. Keeping rain into account, special arrangements to be made. Floral decorations to be done on the route from Airport to venue. Live coverage of this event is to be done by the information department through Public Address System along with the media. Principal Secretary of state Adhar Sinha, Ranga Reddy district collector Raghunandhan Rao, Police Officers Krishna Prasad, Shahnawaz Kasim, Fire Services DG Rajeev Ratan, Protocol Director Aravindar Singh, Information Department CEO Kishore Babu, R&B ENC Ganapathi Reddy to attend the event.
