Telangana CM may announce IR to State staff on June 18

TS govt. is likely to announce Interim Relief to its employees followed by a Cabinet meeting on June 18. KCR  will chair the cabinet meeting and is to take key decisions on IR being sought by the State employees.

KCR may also take some key decisions like to increase retirement age limit, IR and others being sought by the State employees.
The Chief Minister discussed financial conditions with the officials and asked a report and is to take a call to announce IR. Since there is scope for PRC as related committee did not submit its report to the government for about 9 months due to continuous elections, the chance for the same was remote.
