State Government decides to set up a state level information commission

Andhra Pradesh state government has issued a notification to set up a state level information cell which will be headed by a Chief information Commissioner accompanied by three state level information commissioners. Principal Secretary Linga raju has issued a notice that people seeking information under the 15 and 16 sections of right to information act 2005, can apply for it either by submitting the request manually or through a register post.
