No pressure from TS Govt :Akun Sahbarwal

Akun Sabharwal, director enforcement, Department of Prohibition and Excise of Telangana probing a drug racket allegedly relating several personalities from the Telugu film industry today postponed his leave due to the importance of the case.
Sabharwal had applied for 10-day leave from July 16 citing personal reasons but he postponed it.
Whereas the opposition parties claiming that he was under pressure from TS Govt, however , the director enforcement clarified that he was under no pressure and that the government is giving him full support.
The officer said the leave was sanctioned two months ago but he decided not to proceed on leave in view of the importance of the case.
However SIT has so far arrested 13 people and serving summoned to all the contacts connected to kingpin of drug racket Calvin Maskarenhas.
The officials said atleast 1,000 students, age group of 13, were identified as drug abusers. SIT team served notices to the management of school for further investigation.
