Jayalalithaa’s demise : NGO files PIL in SC for CBI probe
Chennai: NGO from Chennai has filed pettition in Supreme Court for CBI probe in state former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s death and recovery of all medical documents.
The Former CM Jayalalithaa was admitted to Apollo Hospitals on 22 September 2016 in Chennai. Jaya was, reportedly, suffering from infection and acute dehydration.
Her official duties were handed over to her aide and present Chief Minister Panneerselvam On 12 October.
Meanwhile Jayalalithaa was also said to be suffering from severe pulmonary infection and septicaemia, both were cured.
But on 4 December she was re-admitted to the critical care unit after suffering a cardiac arrest around 5 pm.
Then after the hospital released a press release saying that her condition was very critical and She was on life support. Then on 5 December, the hospital was officially announced her death at night 11:30 PM.
It is appropriate to mention here that Tamil actress Gautami Tadimalla also raise the same question recently and wrote a open later Prime Minister Modi.
Gautami also questioned why nobody was allowed access to her when she was admitted in the Apollo Hospitals?
