Complainant gets medical claims from ESIC after complaint on CM’s mobile app

Leela Ram, a resident of Nainital district had deposited his medical claims bills of hospitalization and medicines to Employee State Insurance Office in October 2017. An employee of a private company, Leela Ram said that he was facing financial crisis since he was not getting his medical claim amount.

Leela Ram lodged a complaint in this regard on Chief Minister’s mobile app. As soon as the complaint was received by the Chief Minister’s office, Director, Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) was asked to resolve the issue. On receiving the complaint from the office of Chief Minister, Employee State Insurance office acting swiftly released the medical claims bill of Leela Ram worth Rs. 59,000 for online payment to Cyber Treasury, Dehradun .

The complainant has thanked the Chief Minister and Director, Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for early resolution of his complaint.
