15th Finance Commission reaches Tirupati on 4-day AP visit

15th Finance Commission on a four day visit to Andhra Pradesh have reached Tirupati Tuesday afternoon.

The Commission will have Darshan of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala tomorrow morning and will also make a field visit in Tirupati.

The Commission will reach Vijayawada Wednesday evening.

Meeting with Chief Minister, Council of Ministers, political parties followed by a press conference by the Chairman is scheduled for 11th October.

On 12th October, CRDA will make a presentation to the Commission regarding new capital.

Commission will try to understand the emerging issues related to State Finances in general and the impact of bifurcation in particular.
